Established in the year 1984, we A.V. Engineering Works are engrossed in manufacturing and exporting engineering products for food processing plants. Our company produces products like Biscuit Making Machine, Biscuit Machine, Biscuit Plant, Chapati Machine, Dough Mixer, Papad Plant, Soya Nuggets Plant , Noodle Making Machines, Steam Cookers etc. for the food-processing industry. We are operating as a fairly prosperous concern being constantly guided by Mr. Ashok Kumar, founder of our company. Under his sincere guidance we are planning to launch new products for food industry so as to expand our business.

We as flourishing company, we have been nurturing skills of manufacturing and exporting a vast range of standard & customized food processing machinery & commercial kitchen equipment. Our range includes Biscuit Plant, Chapati Machine, Dough Mixer, Papad Plant, Soya Nuggets Plant and Noodle Making Machines. All our products are designed with attention to every detail and are machine-made wherein 10-15% of work is handmade.

Raw Material Used
| As we are catering at an international level our prime focus is on utilization of qualitative raw material. As long as raw substance is concerned, we are using quality-approved material for efficient production. The basic raw materials used are gun metal, SS, MS, cast iron, pipes and sheets. In addition to these basic metals, we use gears, chains, motors etc that are exclusively imported from reliable manufacturers. The rest of the raw material is procured through intermediaries. |

Manufacturing Facility
| We are well equipped with a wide manufacturing area of 1000 sq. yards where our production work takes place the manufacturing plant that is furnished with all sorts of facilities. We have a facility of In-house as well as outsourced manufacturing, wherein we are getting casting and typical machining done from outside to make fast and accurate production. Since we are capable of customizing each of our products as per client's requirements, we tend to use latest technology and softwares at every step of product development. We aim at upgrading our machinery from time to time in order to meet the dynamic requirements of the markets that we cater to. |
Packaging & Transportation
We strongly concentrate on the packing of our products so as to ensure complete safety and security during transit. Packaging of machines is given utmost importance & that is why each equipment is packed in special wooden boxes. We are also giving the provision of individual packaging depending on the type of machinery & the distance to be covered.
Other than packing we do emphasize on transportation facility so that our products safely reach the client without any damages. We have associated ourselves with very trusted transportation companies through which we are able to deliver our consignment at the right time as been specified. |
