Laminators are used for making multiple layers of dough (laminations) for cutting process for making quality cracker biscuits. These can be either made in Vertical or Horizontal Configurations as per customer requirements.

Our laminators are designed to produce superior quality dough laminations at minimum costs. Accurate weight control arrangements are provided on our Laminators. Option of Chilled C.I or Stainless Steel Rolls as per customer demand.

This machine is used to convert the lumps of Dough fed into uniform rough sheet especially for hard dough biscuits.

• All contact parts are made of Food grade Stainless Steel.
• Option of Chilled C.I or Stainless Steel as per customer demand.

Gauge Rolls are used to give better finish and to adjust the thickness of Sheet after the Lamina tor or Triple roll sheeter.

• This is done by heavy duty Gauging Rollers made Chilled Cast Iron. These rolls work in pairs to give a smooth finish to the sheet.
• A scrapping knife is provided to remove dough (if any) from the gauge roll.
  
  The number of Gauge Rolls de­pends on the Length of the Oven and Production Capacity.

The Rotary Moulder is used to make Soft Dough Cookies and biscuits. Stainless Steel parts are used for contact parts, covers, hoppers and trays to maintain hygienic conditions.

Rotary cutting machine forms the shape of the biscuit out of the dough sheet coming from the gauge roll unit. The sharp edges of the cutting roller cuts the dough sheet into the desired shape of the biscuits and delivers the same to the oven through a panner web.

The baking of Biscuits is done in Oven which uses Electric Power / Gas / Oil as the fuel. A tunnel type baking chamber is installed for baking biscuits. While traveling different temperature, zones at different stages are set for both top and bottom baking of the biscuits in the baking chamber. A traveling wire band carries the biscuits from one end to another end and the biscuits get baked during traveling. The whole chamber is insulated with mineral wool from all sides to avoid any heat loss.

Oil spray unit is used to apply oil on one side or both sides of Crackers. The baked biscuits coming out of the oven pass through the oil spraying unit via a wire band.

The fresh biscuits coming from the oven are made to pass through cooling conveyor to make them ready for stacking and packing. The biscuit are cooled under ambient temperature without any forced air circulation or refrigeration.Stacking Machine is used stacking together the biscuits for easy lifting. The biscuits coming from the cooling conveyor are made to pass through star shaped wheels in order to make them in standing (vertical) position.

The machine is used to grind the granules of sugar into fine powder. The grinder of the machine is hammer mill type.

This machine is required for making sandwich biscuits. The machine is Wire Cut type. The machine puts cream on the reverse side of the biscuits and then puts another biscuit on it for making it a complete sandwich.

We use latest CNC and Cad Softwares to make Special Insert Die Moulds. We have our own foundary shop to produce Gun Metal Castings. Every Process is in house thus leading to better quality and on-time delivery.
